I'm not calling anyone out, and I don't want any names. I just think that it may be time to at least discuss taking it down to the high school level and I'd like some thoughts.

This will really get something going because Alabama has begun to test their student athletes at 23 dollars a test. That is going to cost a lot of money if there looking at testing every athlete. Who is going to be paying this fee. Do the school districts make athletes pay for the test if they want to participate in a sport or is this fee picked up by the state, or school district. VERY INTERESTING.

Test them all every month.
