Rockies have shutdown Chris from field play because of soreness in his elbow. Not related to TJ surgery last year. Arm is probably just not in shape and Rockies being cautious with their 1st rounder. CN had 2 hits in 3 games before sitting out. May still be used as a DH if the arm starts feeling better. Speedy recovery CN.

The kid is quite a talent.

They should send him home for the year and give him some time off...with his surgery; high school season; and, now, his likely trying to "impress" the teammates.

What are the scouting departments thinking?

Thank you all, for your kind words, prayers and encouragement. Christopher's elbow was not injured. He did have some tingling in his fingers after a recent work out, so the Rockies decided to error on the side of caution ( With our blessings of course) and DH him for the rest of the month. The Doctors seem to think that the sensation is the result of scar tissue and a nerve that had to moved as part of the TJ surgery. I most certainly will let Chris know that he is in your thought and prayers.......Thanks so much!

Good to see you on here...and I did not know cn was doing anything but tearing it up. Last week I looked at the stats and was all day. Give me a call when things settle....
