Have a player whose team he thought he'd play for backed out. He's a very good player fast outfielder switch hitter.

Rules do not look to favor you though, last sentence says all roster changes have to be complete by June 3, 2005:

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE TOURNAMENT
Completed applications and deposits ($500) must be received by USA Baseball before one of the following decision dates: January 21, February 25, or March 25. The sooner your team applies, the better its chances of ultimate acceptance. Teams will either be accepted or wait-listed on each of those dates. If your team is wait-listed, it will be reconsidered at the next decision date. Once accepted, teams must submit the remaining team fee ($1,000 or $1,200 depending on team location) and a roster with a maximum of 20 players (minimum of 15 with at least 8 players with 1989 or later birthdays) and a maximum of five (5) coaches or adult personnel to USA Baseball no later than May 13, 2005. After May 13, each team will have the right to make a maximum of two (2) player changes on its roster by June 3, 2005.
