Diamound Dreams Baseball Academy will hold a Junior College Showcase at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ on June 8-9 with the 10th as a rain date. Players elligable for the showcase are college freshman and sophomores looking to gain exposure to NCAA Division I II and III coaches as well as NAIA schools.
The first day of the showcase is a showcase and instruction day with the second day holding games. Every College at the levels listed above is being invited along with every MLB organization and the head of the Northeast Scouting Bureau.
Enrollment is going to be limited. Each player will have a player profile given to every coach and scout with baseball statistics and current academic status. Acording to the Baseball America Draft list from last year, junior college baseball players ranked only second to Division I to players being drafted. It is a great way to get early scholarship money for current freshman as well as a way to find a school needing to fill holes in their roster for next season with a proven sophomore.

Not promoting anything-- as a moderator trying to keep posters from placing the same info in all the wrong places--we have a showcase/tournament forum for these announcements and a showcase forum for discussion-- this forum is for HSBASEBALL WEB announcements only

Not true. I work for a company. My company gives me shirts to wear at customer sites that include the company logo. When I am wearing this shirt I am promoting my company. When TRhit includes the College Select jpeg as his avatar he is promoting College Select. It is as simple as that. Stop pretending otherwise.
