Hi my name is Mac Benn i am 16 years old and i currently play hardball for the Belleville Bucs Rep Hardball team . I am in grade 10 at Quinte Christian high school and am interested in playing Pro baseball in my future . The reason why i am sending you this message is because i think that i am good enough to play pro for a big league club , but i play in a small Canadian city in south eastern ontario and there is probably no way there will be scouts coming to my hometown.
Thanks
Mac Benn

Go through the archieves of the Canadian Forum and you'll see vast amounts of information for what to do to help you get noticed and don't forget to comb through the actual HSBBW itself and read some of the articles like Recruiting Tips and Recruting Timelines for example. This site is a GREAT resource if you take the time to use it to all if it's abilities.

If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask!

Hi Mbenn

I would also recomend keeping your grades in school high, and getting a bio together and send it out to colleges in the states that you would like to attend. Follow up with the coach, show your interest in playing for the team, etc..

But grades are very important. If they can get accedemic funds for you then you will have a better chance.

Perfect game show cases are good to get your evaluations at. There are also other sites you can post on that help promote you. Did you think about the Ottawa PBLO team? It costs a lot, I don't know how close you are to there?
