Now that the World Cup is over, it's time to begin thinking about the next significant international baseball event on the calendar. The 2010 IBAF AAA 18U World Juniors are in Thunder Bay July 23rd to August 1st, 2010. Qualifying out of Europe are Italy, NL and France, out of Asia...Korea, Taiwan and Japan, out of the Americas US, Cuba and VZ, looking for an African nation to be identified and a team from Oceania. We're hoping all these teams will confirm asap. Host Canada will be looking to equal or better their 3rd place showing in the World Cup. Not since 1991 has Canada won the Gold.
