Walter just got accepted to the University of Tennessee college of Engineering! A big thank you goes out to his HV's dear wife who has passed her good GENES on to these fine young men!

Walter has proved to be like his older brother in the intelligence department! Both young men excelled in sports and in the class room. A big hats off to mom and pop Lee for raising two fine young men.

We are very proud to share in the continued success of his boys!

I've told you in person, Wes, but once again congrats on your two fine boys.

We can't let Debbie have all the credit, can we?

Where have the years gone?

Now just how cool is this!?!?!

Figure the odds involved in this ... not one but TWO babies swapped in the maternity ward! That can really be the only explanation ... as good as Debbie's gene pool may be the "Lee" side would have watered things down considerably.

Congrats to Walter! Whooooo Hoooooo

Thanks to all! Smile

I really got two sets of news yesterday. The first was that the car that Walt backed into at church would cost $1,150 to fix. Frown So much for not going to turn it into the insurance company. Then when I got home I saw his letter from UT and was so proud of him.

He had worried so much about his fender bender that he really couldn't appreciate the news from UT. He has always taken everything so serious and the least little obstacle would make him nervous and ruin his day.

Many of you with more that one child know how it is for the younger one to live in the shadow of the older child. (TennDad for one) They can be so hard on themselves in athletics, academics, just everything. They finally work out of the shadow and seem to be stronger for it.

Bob; That was VERY FUNNY! Debbie does have good genes, but I was a good salesman to get her! Big Grin

Wes,
You'll end up being a Vol fan before it's all over with! Wink Congratulation on both your sons attending a very fine university. Someday Pat Summitt will become the the athletic director at UT and take the "rocky" out of Rocky Top athletics.

School of engineering? At UT? Does that mean they're finding better ways to produce shine than a good ole fashioned still?

Congrats, Wes. Guess its double duty for you now at Lakeshore.

Heck far Wes! If I'd known the boy wanted to be an engineer I could have gotten him on at Dollywood. They have a heckuva train up there. dazeda
