I don't subscribe, but I understand that Kyle Waldrop was named to the first team as a Multi-Position player in the Jan. 23rd issue that has the 2004 Louisville Slugger Pre-Season All-American team.

Kyle is the only player from Tennessee named to the team. Congratulations to Kyle and family. The Waldrops are one very nice family. party

Bizazz,
Another part of this story is that the Collegiate Baseball eddition has their Easton Sports National pre-season high school poll and Farragut HS is #11 and Christian Brothers comes in at #18.

Our friends that we met through the years playing the South Carolina Spirit have their high school "Riverside" as the #1 team in the nation.

So if West stays within 8 runs of Farragut, does that rate us in the top 100? biglaugh

I am hearing that Kyle will be the 1st Tennessean (assuming you guys don't call Jeremy Sowers a Tennessean) taken in the 2004 Draft.

Omaha,
Talk like that and Steve will have a hard time breathing. Wink

We managed to keep the game going into the 7th once last year.

Who knows, maybe lightning will strike twice. biglaugh

SoupKitchen and AdDad25 would appreciate some longer games at the Farragut ball park. All those 5 inning games were rough on the concessions last year. manrunning
