Catcher attempting to complete a 6-2-3 double play while runner was running to first on the BASE LINE (his right foot was hitting the line with almost every step) making no attempt to interfer with the throw, catcher throws ball which starts on the inside of the bag cross to the outside of the bag at which point it appears the runner brushed the first basemens glove dislodging the ball from the glove, at which point the coach and first baseman was calling for an interference call. The interference request was denied, was that correct.

Did you mean a 6-2-3 DP, bases loaded.
As long as the batter runner did not make an attempt to knock ball intentionally, and he stayed straight on the line and not to the inside of the baseline.
Ump made the right call IMO.
