If your starting pitcher becomes sick and you pull him for an inning and let him get some fluids and rest, can he return to the mound again during the same game.

Yes and no. Big Grin
The pitcher may return if the replacement doesn't use more than 8 pitches to warm up. There are other restriction such as too many visits and only one reentry. Basically the big one is no more than eight warm-ups.
