Nobody on, B1 hits a gapper to right-center. Who has play/call at third?

Depends if U1 went out or not. If U1 goes out then U3 goes inside and takes the BR to second and third. PU comes up and watches the touch at first, then returns home.
If the U1 doesn't go out then he goes to foul and watches the touch at first. Once the BR commits to second U1 rotates home. U3 comes inside and takes the runner to second. PU rotates to third for the play there.
