Bases loaded, 2 outs. B6 hits a homerun, but for some stupid reason, B/R6 passes runner that was on first base, (who was between 1st & 2nd, watching ball go over right field fence).
Who scores?

Who scores?

It's a time play. Any runs that scored before the batter was out for passing count.

No run can score on a play where the 3rd out is made (including on appeal) by either: 1) The batter/runner before he has reached 1st base, or; 2) A runner who is being forced to his next base. Otherwise, it's a time play.

I don't know the rule number.

In your case, the batter/runner is out for passing for the 3rd out, but he had reached 1st base, so any runs scoring before his out will count.

Only one run can score on this play. The B/R reached first base, but was declared out before he was able to legally obtain second base. So, all other runners are only allowed to advance one base. Runner on second is only advanced to third base, regardless if he has crossed the plate or not.

This is a time play and all runners who touch the plate before the time of the BR passing R1 count. Technically two runs could score before the out is made.

Branden, that is incorrect. At least two runs could score before the timing out on the BR. I believe what you are thinking is if the R3 hadn't scored before the out, he would score anyway. I would have to recheck the Fed book but I believe that on an award R3 is automaticly getting home.
