If players are coming out into live ball territory during a play then a couple of things need to happen. First if it hits a player or they hinder a fielder from playing the ball then the ball should be killed and runners sent back to last base touched at the time of interference. Whether they create a problem or not, once the play is done the PU should call time and issue a bench warning and eject the next offender. If it a persistant problem with a team then the umpires need to let other crews or their assignor know so it can be watched in the future. It's also possible the AD needs to be called if it is happening on a consistant basis. They shouldn't get a free warning every game.
