Runner on second and single to center. Centerfielder bobbles the ball and runner from second goes home. Throw hits catchers glove and bounces behind into the trhong of opposing players who have spilled out of dugout. Ball hits player in the throng, kicks the ball and pitcher finally gets the ball and overthrows third, at bat runner goes home. Four umpires, call is challenged but at batter's run allowed to score. No interfernce, dead ball? Night before, almost identical but doesn't hit any of our players, third base ump charges over to keep everyone into dugout. Thanks for clarifying.

If players are coming out into live ball territory during a play then a couple of things need to happen. First if it hits a player or they hinder a fielder from playing the ball then the ball should be killed and runners sent back to last base touched at the time of interference.
Whether they create a problem or not, once the play is done the PU should call time and issue a bench warning and eject the next offender. If it a persistant problem with a team then the umpires need to let other crews or their assignor know so it can be watched in the future. It's also possible the AD needs to be called if it is happening on a consistant basis. They shouldn't get a free warning every game.

2.00 INTERFERENCE
(a) Offensive interference is an act by the team at bat which interferes with, obstructs, impedes, hinders or confuses any fielder attempting to make a play. If the umpire declares the batter, batter- runner, or a runner out for interference, all other runners shall return to the last base that was in the judgment of the umpire, legally touched at the time of the interference, unless otherwise provided by these rules...
On any interference the ball is dead.

Note that any player on the bench or coach can cause offensive interference. Ball should have been called dead immediately. As to whether anyone gets called out I think depends on whether the interference is intentional or not.

Thanks for the help. When the opposing team came pouring out of the dugout, an opposing player gets hit on the foot and then kicks the ball, the ball should have been dead. When our coaches questioned them, no interference was their call. I would think a player kicking the ball would be interpreted as intentional. Unfortuantely it was one of a number calls in question but the others were not as game changing as this call.

They came onto the playing field before a time or dead ball was called.
They can only do that on a home run or a game winning run.
It should of been dead ball, Interferance.
