I believe this has come up before in this forum.

Catcher tries to pick off runner on base. In doing so his throw hits the batter's bat as the batter is still in the box.

What's the ruling?

If the batter is in the box, as long as the he does nothing to intentionally move himself or the bat in the way of the catcher's throw, there is no interference. The ball remains live and in play.
