My son, Ben, will be there. Last year at that time Ft.Myers was cold. Let's hope for nice Florida weather.

My 2010 has received a couple different mailings of invites. The last one was 2 days ago that does'nt leave much time to meet the Dec.1 deadline. We live about as far away as you can get so we can't afford to go.

FOLLOW UP:
Someone on the Va message board mentioned that we could meet at the Red Sox complex the first day.

May I suggest the following:
Let's meet by the tower which sits between the 4 main fields. You can't miss it.
Registration starts at 9AM. The 60 starts at 10. I will plan on being there (by the tower) at 9:30AM.
Plus I will go out on a limb and hold a sign that says:

"HSBBW'er"

Look forward to meeting all of you.

I was bummed....the only HSBBWers I was able to meet were MidloDad and 08Dad. Great event though!

It was nice meeting MidloDad and JB - event seemed to be very well organized and running smooth as can be. Unfortunately, both 08son and I got sick and missed most of the event. Frown
