Anyone going to be in the Tampa area these dates?

Looks like I'll miss you by a week. I will be in Dunedin, FL the last week of my son's spring training -- last week of March I think. You can build a big sand castle the last day you're there and I'll check on the day I arrive and see if its still standing.

There is a lot of baseball available on those dates. I assume you are going to watch your son, and that is primary. Minor league spring training will have just started also. If you are inclined, every afternoon starting at 1pm, you can watch 2 minor league games at the Yankees facility in Tampa, Phillies in Clearwater, Blue Jays in Dunedin as well as the Devil Rays. Legends is pretty fun also but get Tix now. You can truly be a baseball junkie with all the college and professional baseball being played in March.

infielddad--You're right, will be watching Army play a DH on Sat, then Tue, Wed, Fri DH, and Sat. May try to squeeze in some minor league games. We are staying next to Legends Field, and Army is practicing there also.

I will be in Bradenton starting the 16th of March. Hopefully catching the Army game on the 16th or 17th. Illinois plays both days in the area.
