How good is this camp? Is it worth doing all 3 days?

For throwing, this camp is as good as it gets. It will make any player substantially better, stronger and more confident. Jim Vatcher and Alan Jaeger are top notch in every way.

It is focused on long toss technique, stretching and proper warm up, yoga, mental approach to pitching, and a little bit of mechanics thrown in. It is not about detailed pitching mechanics, grips, pitches, etc. There are lots of side discussions on this, but not part of the camp.

If you have never been to one it is worth the 3 days. My son has been to several so we use this as a refresher to get ready for the season.

If you want to develop a strong healthy arm then there is none better. There will be 12YO's to college kids and they group them up accordingly.
