I am going into my Junior year and I am sort of confused about the contact that one is allowed to have with a college coach. It says on the Recruiting Timeline that you can recieve letters from college coaches on September 1st but I thought that you weren't allowed to be contacted until the July going into your senior year....Thanks in advance if anyone can help me with this.

Before July 1st of the summer between you're junior/senior year, they can send letters, questionaires, updates on their season. After July 1st of you're senior season they can contact you by telephone once a week. You can email, or call the coach yourself whenever you'd like, but until after that July 1st they are not supposed to call you
