When is the best time for the high school coach to send letter of rec for 07? Before the prospect camp or after?

Marina - I don't really know the answer...but I'll take a stab at it.

First, I think the HS/summer coach could make a far greater impact by calling the college coach...during a kid's junior or senior (if not signed) season.

But if its a letter he wants to send, I would say just before the junior season and absolutely no later than before the junior-to-senior summer. But I have a feeling letters are a dime-a-dozen unless from a coach that is very well known.
