Yes, very familiar. I like Longwood as a potential school for my son, for both academics and sports. We have been on their tour, and I have been emailing Coach Bolding. The campus is very nice and seems to be just the right size. They are pumping a lot of money into the infrastructure there to comply with their new DIV 1 status. The bbfield is nice but I wish they would put a little more into it too.
My son will be attending a bbclinic there in October. He is warming to the idea of going there, but has gotten (since 1 Sept) letters from other DI schools that are quite frankly putting stars in his eyes right now. I suppose that by the time he finally makes a choice based on "any" offers it will have morphed into someplace we never would have guessed.
