I apply a product called Lexol to all my gloves. Then simply play catch. Re-apply Lexol when needed.

I liked my gloves to have a deep pocket so I could catch everything there and have it stay in my glove, so I would rub it down with shaving cream and then beat the pocket down with a baseball bat. Afer that, I would simply play catch with it, tighten the laces (I liked my gloves firm), and keep a softball in it when I wasn't using it.

Just play catch with someone who can throw pretty hard. Everyday.

Baseball, it is said, is only a game. True.
And the Grand Canyon is just a hole in Arizona.

Or go down to your local batting cage and put in a few tokens. You can catch several balls in a just a few minutes doing that.
