I am trying to decide between Glovesmith Glovesmith, Valle Valle, and Vinci Vinci for a utility (11.75) infield glove. If anyone has any experience with one, or more, of these brands, please share. Thank you.

I do not have any experience with these brands, but another you might want to look at is Yennaco. I player of mine got one from a minor league player and it is really a nice glove.

Regarding the Yennaco glove that a player of yours had; You are not the first person I've heard mention this brand. Do you remember whether or not this was a stiffer glove, or a softer one. It just looks like a soft glove even new, but that's just from looking at their website pics.

I have a white valle panther glove its a great glove. By the way if you need your glove fixed the guy who creates the gloves (john valle) does fix them.

The glove he had was pretty stiff. It was a MIF glove. Size 11 or 11 1/4.

I got the elevation series # 832. It was custom made to be Tan, Dark Tan Pocket, Black Laces, Name on it, Black (instead of white) inner. If you meet with a rep, you will get a discount.

October is usually free custom. month also, so i got all that for 129.00

Isn't padding for those of us who do not catch the ball in the right section of the glove?

Glovesmith Elite is beautiful and going to be hard to beat.

If you want to know what the Primo feels like. Put a brick in your glove that you have now. They look great but they are not the most functional glove due to their extreme weight.

I have had a custom Glovesmith and Rawlings.
Glovesmith is nice, but the leather got way to soft and flimsy after about 2 seasons. You would catch a ball in the webbing and it would bend backwards. I have a custom heart of the hide going on its 3rd season and its feels great. just like a extension of my hand. I will say it took a little bit to get broken in, but it is well worth it. Dont know if it makes a difference, but I have the 11.5 with basketweave and I use it for SS/3rd/P

One of the guys I help out with just got a Primo catcher's mitt that I checked out. I think these gloves will bring back the era of two handed catchers, because the catcher will need both hands to support the mitt.
