Welcome to Team Illinois Baseball and becoming part of our academy team. An academy team is a program that stresses skills, teamwork, conduct and mental toughness in connection with the development of baseball skills. What sets TIB apart from travel teams is the regimented, instructional workouts and the total overall organization. This allows the players to enhance those life skills to help them prepare for high school and collegiate careers as well.

Be ready to come to every practice with 110% commitment and a willingness to learn. In turn I will come to every practice and give you 110% of my commitment, knowledge and experience of the game of baseball. I have 20 plus years experience, playing in collegiate and independent league levels, I have run the successful Texas Pride Academy and I am currently a professional scout for the Seattle Mariners. Let me help you develop your physical and mental baseball skills. More importantly, let me help develop you into the player you are meant to be.

where does the team play games?

The team will play in a Fall league in Crestwood, IL, at a minor league field - Standard Bank Stadium. Games are double headers either Saturday or Sunday. Would you like me to email you more information? There is a try-out August 14th. The team will also be going to Jupiter, FL in October for an elite wood bat tournament.
