Real Professional Coaches. By far the best staff in New England. No other team in Connecticut can come close to the knowledge or experience of the New England Knights staff. This is not me being arrogant but realistic and honest. I am a life long baseball man, professional manager and player development consultant. We are honest, upfront, fair, and conscious of financial situations. There is no way parents should pay close to 10k for their son's summer baseball team.
I suggest parents and players do their homework and look up our staff and compare them to the other professional coaches on Travel teams.

If that's not arrogant I don't know what is? Especially when there's a team in Massachusetts that's won 3 National Championships and another in Connecticut with 5 National Championships.
Those two clubs combined have probably over 50 Top Ten National Finishes and who knows how many State/Regional Championships.
It's sad that people think that all travel teams revolve around money. I've seen numerous situations with top level travel teams, which clearly you are not, that have means to support players in financial need. To post these comments on a public message board and insult other teams speaks volumes of the type of club you are going to run. I advise anyone that might be interested in this club to make sure you do your homework on what else is out there.

Please do not use the word "Respect." Respect in baseball is earned, especially in the age groups you are attempting to work with. Respect is also respecting other teams that you are competing with, they can sometimes be your best friend when you are looking for help for your players. It seems your attacking tactics are a direct reflection of what was going on in New Haven(Cutters) with older men. You might want to understand that you are dealing with young boys and young men now. The first thing you can teach them is Respect and Confidence does not mean bashing other people or teams unfairly. It is also not a way to teach young people how to compete just to get an "Upper Hand."
Baseball is an extremely small world. Be very careful at who you are directing insults and allegations at.
Be careful at how you compare yourself to other programs that have been in existence for over 10-15 years with a reputation that you can only hope to come close to.
Putting "Your real name" out there is sometimes not a good thing. Sometimes you might not want people to know your background and stories like the details of the New Haven Cutters. The unhappy players and the negative vibe that particular baseball club has given New Haven county and baseball in general. I am assuming you are the same Mike Church who owned that defunct franchise. If post college players were unhappy and said to be treated unfarily and given bug infested places to live in, mislead on what they were going to receive, etc., etc. Why should anyone trust their young 13-17 year old young men and boys men with your program? I as a parent,would surely be concerned that you would do the same just to get an "Upper Hand."
Listen,bottom line is there are programs out there and there are good and bad, when you can truly last more than 3-5 years with success and a reputation to boot . . .then maybe you can attack other programs and proclaim that you are truly the best, until then . . .Be Humble, Be Honest, No need to talk about other Programs, and do your talking on the field with quality young men on the baseball field and stop Shooting your non-accomplished mouth off on a Web Site . . .Even if you feel you can use your real name because you are confident.
