The first person I would call up that way would be Ron Tugwell, Virginia Cardinals.

I think his summer team may play more at the 18u level, but he ran a 17u team last fall and may either have, or know of, pretty good 17u options up your way.

Tug is no longer working with that group of boys. He has taken a 14u team. The VA Cardinals have disbanded and most of their undgraduated players are playing for the North Hurricanes, while the graduates may be playing together in the Clark Griffith college league.
