Any truth to the rumor that Obama will be awarded both the American AND National league Cy Young awards?

He did throw out a first pitch. It wasn't pretty, but we can extrapolate that he's such a nice guy that if he works hard at it he'll be good enough to earn it. So why not give him this year's?

Given the logic of Obama winning the Nobel Peace prize, David Price should win the Cy Young award. He was top rookie pitching prospect heading into the season. He's also a lefty.

It is my understanding that the IOC called the Nobel committee and ask if there was anything that they could do to mend his broken image. Must be the equivalent of the Miss Congeniality prize.

I'm curious if he will fly Air Force One across the Atlantic one more time to pick up the prize, or if out of concern for global warming if he will just walk?

I heard he was also getting the MVP of both leagues as well as the World Series MVP and the gifts that come along with that. I'll bet he also gets Time Magazine's "Man of the Year" award or whatever...

Obama slipped up today and made two truthful statements upsetting his handlers, especially Axelrod. Obama said that he didn't feel he deserved the prize. He also said that he has done nothing to put him in the company of his illustrious heroes such as Yasser Arafat.
