Are those numbers to the left of Jesse a scale of dollars (in millions) that he has 'extorted' from innocent businesses?

Looks as though he's closing in on a cool $77 million!

He's another sterling example of integrity from the Windy City.

Perhaps not.

I had my IQ tested once. They plugged a cable into my diagnostic port (don't ask) and the readout said "Body DTC Code: B0090". Best I could tell from the technician's concerned gibberish was I had a subfault in my left front restraint sensor.

As a result of that they were unable to discern any evidence of a functioning IQ.

I did get a glimpse of a graphic on his screen. Within a red circle having a diagonal red slash was a box of rocks. I'm not sure what that was all about.
