The Sanford team plays at one of the nicest facilities-owned by the city of Sanford and completely
restored. Former minor league park with a history. Babe Ruth, Willie Mays, Jackie Robinson and many, many more Hall-of-Famers played there. Well supported by the locals. Good Luck to your son.

I coached in the FCSL last summer. Sanford is really cool place to play. The stadium is really nice. They usually fill it pretty well. They have a lot of support from the community of Sanford. Ballpark is pretty deep, with a wind that usually blows in off of the nearby lake. Each team has a clubhouse accessable from the dugout. Both of which have hot tubs. I think your son will enjoy playing in Sanford, and the FCSL.
