UMS Wright has two guys that may rank among the best in the state. Eric Evans was very good last year and Michael Winter has the potential to be one of the best pitchers ever from Mobile. Winter, a Jr. RHP, is about 6'5" and has the best curve ball I have ever seen in HS. If the kid can get his fastball up around 86-87 (and I think he will), he'll be darn near un-hitable.

I believe Russell County High school has two LHP to look at. The first one is a kid name KIKER. He played with the JR USA team this pass summer. Throws upper 80's from the left side. Also, Rasmus is in the same boat as well. They should be rank in the top five in 5A in Alabama in 2004

first off Obradovich has already signed with clemson. (if were are talkin bout the obradovich that goes to TA academy.) there was some rumors that he might just go into the draft but im not completely sure. There are a couple of other good pitchers from the ASIA. 2 go Glenwood 1 is like 6'2 & the other 6'3 they are both extremely good. There are a good group at Macon East too. The one from Morgan and the one from Faith.
Bout the 2 from Russell cty. Kiker is a Soph. lefty who throws high 80's. he is injured right now. he broke his collar bone and tried to come back to soon and re injured it. Rasmus is goin through some troubles too. Both are very good pitchers who will go along way if they stay healthy.
