When will we ever see the end of this rain. I'm in the southern part of louisiana and it just doesn't seem to be stopping. My son's team is scheduled to play their first scrimmage saturday, but I don't see how. How are all of you doing with the rain?

Pearl River plays Bossier Parish CC tomorrow in Poplarville. Don't think its going to happen. It's supposed to be a double header with another game on Sunday. Sundays game might happen, but I doubt tomorrows will.

Outfield My son plays for Bossier Parish and just called to told me they are going to try to get 1 game in Saturday @ 4:00 and start the doubleheader @ 2:00 on Sunday.
Are you planning on being at the games. If they play we will definitely make it.
Bossier was fortunate to get 2 games in today at Co-Lin. Lost the 1st one and won the 2nd game.

Easton812bb We'll be there. My son came home last night along with his laundry. He left at 10:00 this morning headed back. He is a member of that select group of freshman called the Tarp Brigade and he had to report for duty .
Good luck.

Unfortunately I got your email after I got back from the game yesterday, would have liked to say hi.
Pearl River played 2 good games, especially since that was there 1st games of the year. Bossier was already 7 & 2 coming in.
My son was the last pitcher that came in to finish the last game, Chris King #34. That was the first time he has thrown since the opening weekend 1/31. Unfortunately he has been nursing a sore arm. He said it felt good after last night, hopefully it will continue to heal.
Good luck on the season. Maybe when they play again at the end of the month Bossier will be better competition.

Sorry to have missed you at the games. I didn't move much from my seat except to get hot chocolate from the concession stand. That was the coldest game I've been to in quite awhile. My son didn't pitch, but I think he is scheduled to this weekend. We will be headed down to Niceville, Florida to play at Okaloosa Walton. It will be a 3 day series. We will be at your place at the end of the month. Hope to meet you then. Good luck with Chris's arm and maybe it will be warmer in Bossier City.
