Son got first college save. Not sure how they figured that but that is what the stats say. He was disappointed again in his preformance but hopefully he'll get his walks down. I keep telling him to trust his stuff because they sure have not been able to hit it!

IB...baseball may finally be here, but it's COLD in Kentucky.
D's initial appearance on the field in a Purple Aces uniform hasn't occurred yet, since he is still rehabbing an injury that happened right after the first of the year. He will be in the dugout today as UE cruises through Lexington to play the Wildcats this afternoon. He will then get back to his rehab and getting ahead on studies while the team finishes up their spring break trip in South Carolina this weekend. The weather has been downright awful so far this spring, Evansville had to move their home opener series to Radford, because of all the snow and rain and snow and rain and snow and rain....(you get the point : ) )

Hmph... little guy doesn't start for a month&1/2 and the older one didn't make it thru the first day without a big toe accident requiring surgery, so I'll have to borrow some players for now.

WHAT????? How long is he out? Hopefully he can find somebody for rehab!
Well, if you get bored, hop on 77 and turn right on Tusc and come watch Lil Beezer's team. Bring that old f@rt with ya too if you want.

Sounds like a good plan, took me a sec to figure out what field you were talking about. SCHOOL TEAM! I heard 2-3 months rehab.
