Ryno - I can tell you just a little about East Stroudsburg - part of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference. They are in the eastern conference (with Kutztown, West Chester, Mansfield, Millersville, and Bloomsburg). PSAC plays a good brand of DII baseball - had representatives in the World Series - Kutztown (2007)and West Chester (2006)
My son is at Shippensburg in the western conference until next year when the conference adds two more schools to the west. Ship gets moved east.
We played ESU in the PSAC's last year - they came on at the end of the year, including beating Kutztown in the tournament. I see they just hired a new head coach. It's cold up there - we were snowed out last year. It's in the Pocono's.

Funny,How my uncle who use to be a scout for the diamondbacks and marlins talked to this university's coach yesterday and am suppose to get a call but i doubt i will go there since will prob head towards a local JUCO and then transfer out.But only thing i know is their record was 23-22 last year,
