OldSlugger - Have you performed a search here on the site? I remember a similar question a few months ago because I had never heard of "scout teams". Might be able to get some info that way too.

There are a ton of Scout teams that play here in So Cal. in the fall.
Most of them play every Sunday from Sept to the week before Thanksgiving.
There are also a couple of teams that play one day during the week or on Saturday. Most of them (if not all) are ran by scouts affilitated with the major league teams.
