Yes, Bob coached a team called "The Hustlers" back when Michael was 13-14 and played for a team called "Future Stars". Both teams went on for a while longer, but Michael didn't play anymore. We typically played Bob's team several times each summer. Mostly Lexington and Nicholasville kids. So, it's been a while. He may have helped with some other teams as well after that experience. His son played baseball in HS, but not in college.

That's what I thought. I don't think that he was coaching the team that was scouting the player. He was helping out.

He talked to some of the people there. He seemed like a very nice guy.
