I don't find this a selfish thought.

Your son did what the team told him to do and they may have been dilatory in getting his injury treated. No harm for them to take a few days off, let the flowers have a chance to bloom, and let him have a chance to catch back up health-wise with his teammates Smile

LOL Lori!! We all have those kinds of thoughts from time to time! Nothing wrong with not wanting Matt to miss the action. I'm sure he wouldn't mind some things blooming this week too! Big Grin

03parent....for what it's worth.....we are going thru some VERY FRUSTRATING times ourselves here and I have to admit, MANY SELFISH THOUGHTS have made their way into my brain! Wishing for a little rain? That's NOTHING! Wink By the way....I hope the Baseball God's bring you the rain you requested! Big Grin

I so feel your pain '03!!!! Seems to work for me that way too sometimes!

Speaking of selfish thoughts, I've been online looking at a few schedules trying to figure out if I could catch various games - if you could have the APU and Evansville game rescheduled for the following week, that would be great!!!! Needs to stay at Evansville, as I'll be in town that next week for a few days! Thanks!!!! Wink

Matt's also over at EKU on May 19th and 20th, when we're having our OSU/Penn meet up. If that falls through for some reason, I'll be headed over to Richmond on Saturday!

I have plans to attend the EKU weekend b/c my cousin plays tennis there. She will probably be done playing but she should still be there with finals. But as we all know plans change but keep in touch and let me kow if and when you can catch APSU and I'll try to make sure and take off work. And we both know it will rain for sure with both of us trying to make the same game. Wink

It is absolutely pouring down rain here today on the North Coast and I heard it is suppoed to be really cold later this week. If the weather were to flow, North to South, you just may be in business noidea

Either way, I'll keep the positive vibes going for Matt and do a little better job at my Indian rain dances Smile

'03 - I'm sure that Indiana State has a well maintained field, however they are very close to Robinson and Michael said everything is soaked there! It's been raining for days there! You may get your wish!
