jme - Happy Easter to you and my HSBBW friends too! Hope everyone has a very happy weekend!
My son is actually home for a few days from school. HS is having a tournament we're going to hang out at. Weather is beautiful here. It will be a fun one for me!!

jme - thanks for the good wishes. I am starting to hear good reports on weather coming from up north so hopefully it will be nice when we get back.
For those of you that get ESPNU, my son's team will be on tomorrow night against Birmingham Southern at 6:00 at Coastal. I'll try and mug for the camera's and send a big hello to everyone
CD - That is so exciting!!! I have a hair appt at 6:30 - can you get them to delay that start a bit!?!?! That is awesome!!!
It is beyond warm here - it's hot!
On another note everyone, if you like gospel music and/or country music, Alan Jackson has a new CD - Precious Memories. I HIGHLY recommend it! Just beautiful!

thanks for the heads up CD, I'll burn it for you off the Tivo -
if the weather holds that will be the perfect kick-off to open my "home run porch" for the season (screened in patio off the family room) followed by GT Sat & Sun
btw, Southern's HC Shoop, is is a homeboy & a class act, playing at Malone under Bob Starcher, & post grad studies at Kent State, before migrating south
btw II, it's GT v Clemson this weekend, I'll have to be a long distance fan, but with 2 tv games it won't be so bad (as long as we win )
soo, for our egg hunt the young'uns (nieces & nephews) have been coached to "stomp & crush" any orange eggs they should come upon - gee . . I hope their team spirit isn't mis-understood . . by others
a blessed Easter to all

Good luck to CCU during the BSC series. Hope you are finding the Big South a very solid brand of college baseball. Can't wait to meet Tyler when they come up to face the Flames.

Same to you JME - and to all the nice folks in this forum.
Easter time is the time for eggs and the time for eggs is Easter time.

Good luck this weekend; son has gotten mail from Birmingham Southern - but can't watch game as we have no cable. Will be sending positive thoughts your way.
As mentioned above, hope all my HSBBW friends have a happy Easter and enjoy all that nice, warm Spring weather!!
lafmom ~ enjoy the time with your son and the HS baseball scene. I know it will be nice to have him home.

Bee - That must explain the Northcoasters on the roster! And is the GT game on ESPN-U???
CD - For the record, I laughed at the "blank CD" comment too. I didn't see your mug during the game.
HAPPY EASTER EVERYBODY!!!!!

Not only is he hitting a fine .290, he is leading the team in slugging percentage at .548 with two homeruns and two doubles. Joe is also a pitcher for the team
