I read on another post that Marcus Vick was "dismissed" from the team today for his Bowl game antics. Is that as dismissed for good? I looked in the news for details, but all I could find were his apologies for the last time he was suspended.

Vick will not be back.....He will either enter the NFL draft or transfer to a I-AA school for his senior year....Maybe he can stop his downward slide..........

I am not sure - even without all the problems, that he is an NFL talent to begin with.

I have not seen him more than a time or two, but was not impressed, as I always have been with his older brother. He seems to have the personality that will give him Maurice Claret
status.

He cannot transfer now after being "dismissed" from the Tech team

He will go pro and be a late draft pick by some team thinking they can change him at a low cost

Though Vick has said he will enter the Draft, exactly what rule would keep him from transferring?? He is only a junior....Has he somehow lost his eligibility?

To transfer he needs a letter of recommendation as well as a release from VATECH---what school do you think would want him now-

He will do into the draft and I think he will be disappointed when he sees how late he is taken.

Some people just think they are "above" the law. Maybe that's what happens when your first car is an Escalade, compliments of big brother. Just goes to show that trying to illiminate the hard times is not always the best gift. We want our kids/family to not have to go without, therefore taking away the drive and ambition they get from struggling to keep their heads above water. Bottom line in this case...what a waste!
