Coastal hoping to host a regional site?

I suppose you are going to watch the Big South games on the web, then?

Hey CD

I hope you guys get a regional host site and then I hope they bring Lafayette in as the 4 seed. Not because I want to face Coastal in the first round, I just like Myrtle Beach.

Good luck in the tournament this week. Looks like TB finished the regular season strong. Congrats on the regular season title.

JT - Yes and yes Smile I caught this weekends games on Big South TV and suspect the same arrangements for the tournament.

jmepop - wouldn't that be cool? However... what about that rule where the bad weather follows you?
I'll cut you some slack. The last time you were in Pa the weather was beautiful. Maybe the rule only applies early in the spring Roll Eyes Big Grin

Question - will they let Joe travel with the team? It makes a lot of sense if they do.

That is the projection I was hoping for, not because of the competition. That looks like a very tough bracket but it sure would be a fun trip.

Not sure about Joe travelling yet. He is still with the team at school but don't know the policy.

Regarding the weather, well lets just keep our fingers crossed there.

Coastal can't get a break. #1 seed two years ago and shipped out to play AT Arizona...and now they project CLEMSON...a legit #1 seed...as a 2 in Coastal's region.

So far...so good for the Thunder Chickens...
...only unbeaten left in the tourney. Will play winner of Winthrop and Liberty for the title...with one of those teams needing to beat Coastal twice.

(See, CD...I said good things without sharing the other news that would bring you consternation)

Check out that pic! TB had 3 runs, 2 hits, 4 RBI, 3 PO, and 6 assist! I would call that a good day! Smile

Lori, Make sure and keep us posted on Matt's games! I would suspect being "home" will bring some good vibes to him and the team!!

Austin Peay will play tomorrow in the championship game and like Coastal will have to be beat twice!! Big Grin

Matt is playing great and has had a huge crowd there cheering him on. He was 2-4 tonight with a RBI in a 2-1 game. It was a great college baseball game. (pins and needles) pull_hair

JT "Let's go Peay" is something I never got till Matt went there.

Goodluck in the final CD!!!

GO GOVS!!!
