That's EXACTLY what I'm thinking! And do NOT worry that I "have a passion for numbers"...my husband complains about that LACK of passion on my part everytime he has to balance the checkbook!

We never made it to the Geisha house which is a high end sushi bar and nothing more I think we have had more activity here since I have been away these past few days so maybe turn into a lurker Thanks for the nice thoughts though. Hello to all the new posters these days.

Couple of tidbits. We didn't make it to Prepster's resteraunt near Malibu but ended up at Moonshadow's which is in Malibu. It was beautiful sunshine while watching waves crashing on the beach.

From there we drove through the campus at Pepperdine. Must be one of the most beautiful views of the ocean anywhere in the world. What a beautiful University. Would love to have my daughter go there so I had reason to visit there often.

I see we have flown by the Midwest forum and now have a solid grip on 4th place. Virginia and Tennessee are in sight. Texas and Illinois will always be behemoth's unto themselves imho.

I would like to put the Cheers logo on the outside of our forum because it is a lot of fun in here

Not sure if I've ever looked in this forum but I will say compared to Illinois and old Midwest forum this forum has much wider range of interesting topics and certainly more pleasant/friendly conversation.

Smokey, gotwood, and others from Illinois have dropped by and we would welcome your contributions. IMHO, one of the main things that ignites Illinois is the Cubs versus White Sox thing which I don't understand. If I lived in Chicago, and was a Cubs fan, I definitely would be happy for the Sox.

I agree with CD. With both teams in different leagues why wouldn't you root for both? Must be a north/south thing? I love the Reds and but still root for the Indians. I do pull for the Reds when they play each other but any other time a root for both.

This is a great forum because no one gets personal and takes shots at other posters etc. Most of the folks that post on here do so to have fun and to share information with others.
