hi everyone im just graduated hs and am playing on a summer team...i havent played in 2 years because of injuries. Its been 3 games and my arm is killing me after warm up and throughout the game. I also play 3rd base. The pain in in my elbow and radiates up my arm. Anyone have an idea of what this is/could be and what i can do to prevent and/or treat.

You should run not walk to the sports doctor !!!
By the sounds of things you could have serious problems. I can't be;ieve you are continuing to pitch.

Sean:
As everyone who has responded, do not waste anymore time looking for an easy fix for your issue by asking folks on theis website. Schedule an appointment with a sports doc. It is nothing to mes around with.
Good luck
