imo, baum bats are the best bats made. They're expensize but they will last you a long time and end up saving you money in the long run because you dont have to buy new bats all the time.

I'll bring this discussion back up....So I've been hearing great stuff about Baum Bats but that was mostly about the durability- what about the balance and weight, etc.?

Are the top-heavy? It doesn't seem like I can cup the end...

Thanks.

When we travel to Australia our American players will
play 24 games with SSK maple wood bats.

Last year, we broke only 8 wood bats in 168 innings.
With an average of 4 hitters each inning = 672 swings

PS: you may desire to use the K55 or 285 models.

My entire team uses Brett bats. Everyone uses them and we hardly have any of them break. I personaly own my own and I love it.

Our team uses Baum bats. They have never broken. The balance is good. They seem much lighter than other wood bats I have used. I definitely recommend them.

Bryce Harper was using a Baum at the AFLAC high school All Stars game a couple of weeks ago. Given that these are the best HS players in the world and can get pretty much any wood bat they want, I think that says something. We have a Baum and DeMarini D110 and they're both pretty good; I wouldn't say one is better than the other although the Baum can be rotated so it will last longer all other things being equal.
