Band work out - good breakfast/lunch
long toss at the field

I think I pitch better with alot of warm up.

I like to warm up then do some good long toss. Then I like to just chill until it's time to go to the bullpen. A solid lunch is always good.

I try to hardly think about it during the day, which isn't too hard because I have 8 hours of work to do before hand. But i've found that if I think about it, I start to over-analyze things, and that can throw your rythm off completly.

When I get to the field, I just get focused, zoned in. I don't warm up too much, but I get myself to the point where I feel comfortable; and eat a banana before every game. Big Grin

I just go out and pitch.
