it'd be cool if they had a mode like in NCAA football where you got to do drills and get offered scholarships, that would make it the best game ever

I hope they have incoming freshman in the game... Some of the people on this site might be on it next year.

bobcats14,
yo, they don't have individual names (I'm pretty sure. Maybe you can name them.)I saw a trailer and the second baseman was being controlled and it said under him 2B 22, or whatever number he has. So I don't know how much research went into the game. Regardless, I'm buying it.

Because it's a college game they aren't allowed to put names on it, but all of the players are real and exist. Say me or you plays D-I baseball next year, we will be in the game rated true to our abilities, but our names won't be on it, just our number. It's pretty cool.

Even if your team (whether it be D-1, 2, 3, or NAIA) is not on the game, you will be able to create a school just like in the football game, and the create a field looks AWESOME. I've been wanting this for years, oh well, better late than never...

Hell has indeed frozen over. This game is crazy- even their "create a player" is so detailed- size of nose, how far the chin sticks out- its crazy.

When you rename your team players, do the announcers have the names logged in or do they say like, "the second basemen"...?

Also, a change between Major Leagues and college is a player playing 2 positions, like P/SS. In MVP Baseball you can't have pitcher play position or position player pitch. Does anyone know for sure that they have it?

It's sohard getting used to the new hitting and fielding. Fielding I'm used to but I'm so so bad at getting runs I'm always losing 2-1 games, and 1-0 and then the occasional blowout...

The hitting took time to get used to but i prefer the old hitting and fielding ways so i switched it back to classic.
