how about a good old-fashioned pregame warmup? doesnt that do any good for you. you shouldnt really need to get "pumped up" for baseball. you need a clear mind, not one full of adrenaline

I used to like the heavy metal, but lately I've been into Sean Paul.

"boys of summer" by the ataris, anything by CCR or counting crows. CCR an counting crows is the only thing that is on our pre-game BP mix.

In Flames
Disturbed
System Of a Down
Mudvayne
Linkin Park
Goo Goo Dolls
Foo Fighters
Red Hot Chilli Peppers

Depending on what position I'm playing. If I'm in the field I need to get pumped up (Mudvayne, In Flames, Disturbed) but If im starting pitcher i get calmed down.
