I always like "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" by AC/DC. Anything like AC/DC, Metallica, or Guns n Roses got me pumped up, and helped me get in a rhythm.

Depends what you like... As previously stated, Enter Sandman is awesome for a pitcher... It's intimidating. Braden Looper and Billy Wagner also come out to that song... I'm coming out to Motivation by T.I. this year. That song gets me pumped. A few other good ones that get me pumped are March Now Step by Paul Wall, and Throw It Up by Lil Jon. If you like rock, again, AC/DC is great. A guy on our team came out to TNT last year and that was really tight. A new song rock-wise that you could use is Twisted Transistor by Korn. That song is awesome too.

personally, i'm not into all that old stuff. my tastes are more into metal and all of that stuff. loud music all the way. it gets the blood flowing and the body moving. too many songs to go through though.

I like the Chipper Jones theme- Ozzy Ozbourne Crazy Train is the best hitters song. Dont know about pitching though.

"Practice."-Tiger Woods when asked what he would do after failing to make the cut at the U.S. Open.
