Anyone have experience with the Wilson A3000 1788R 11 1/4 inch glove?

A lot of the pros use the Wilson A2000. The 3000 model series costs much more and is probably overkill.

My son had an a3000 and hated it. No padding in the palm. He's had 2 a2000's that he really likes.

a2000's are good, check out the gloves by akadema, great gloves, very position specific!

I have the A3000 model 1787 and love it. I've been using it for two years. It's an 11 3/4 in. I use it at shortstop, second base, third base and pitching. The palm seems padded enough for me.

We also heard the exo-skeleton on the 3000 was bad as it wouldn't let you form the glove as you wished. So we bought the new A2K 11 1/4". So far, he's really happy with it.

yeah, mine is an older model without that weird plastic/rubber stuff on it. I like it better.
