I own the DeMarini Voodoo and I think that it is a good bat but it seems like the sound of it doesnt seem as "zingy" as that of the Exo or Dynasty. It feels like a great bat but I would like to know how you think this bat is. I've always hit good with it in games and you barely notice any flex, but everyone on my team says it sounds dead and "wooden" (then again, their all TPX Exo users haha) I love this bat, what do you guys think.

The newer bats all sound different, but both the Vexxum and Voodoo are great bats with pretty good pop and great durability. Keep your receipt so you can get a new one if it wears out.

u must have gotten a bad one. Most of the people on my team use 07 voodoos including myself and it they have soo much pop and have a loud ping. The only bat that really sounds like wood is the stealth comp.

I'm buying a new bat before next season and I'm gonna get the black/blue vexxum or the new voodoo. I've been hitting with my friends old 31 inch 06 voodoo and it has barely any pop but I crush the ball with it. I hit a shot over the center fielders head using a semi dead bat. Its amazing what batspeed can do. haha.

the bat is not dead it's dampened by the composite liner . sounds just like the good 2002 3dx .
the ring is from the tube of alum. acting like a bell . intimidating in bp but does not help the ball fly !! stick with what ever is comfortable and gives you good control. the bats are spec to a max. bpf of 15% over a same size /weight wood bat. if yours passes spec it has to be less than 1.15 but by how much ? demarini and easton push it to the limits and worth puts the actual rating on their bats .
