Crow hop lol

Just make sure you always catch with two hands as it increases your rate of transfering the ball to the throwing hand

I think working my back, shoulders, and core have helped me out a lot during the off-season. I too play outfield and can already see a big improvement from last season to this one and our season hasnt even started yet.

Just keep playing the game and you'll get better. Only way you'll get better at something is if you keep doing it.

Hey Chino,

If you focusing on just arm strength you're going to want to make sure you working your forearms, triceps, legs, and abs.

If you think about it, your legs get you started and give you the strong base to PUSH off of (look at rogers clemens legs, this is why pitchers work legs soo hard)...your abs help keep everything together and pull your upper body around, bringing your arms forward. Your triceps extend your arm forward and your forearms finish with flicking the wrists.

Everything's important but I worked on these real hard my freshman year playing D1 ball...and my arm speed from the outfield went from 81mph to 88mph.

Just so you know I'm not just throwing stuff out there...I was on the 2008 Rawlings 1st Team All America as a CF

good luck bro

What helped me out the most to be able to throw harder was just long tossing. Just pick like 1 or 2 days out of the week where you do not have a game for a few days and throw until your arm feels like rubber.
