These any good? I want them for outfield/off the field use, during tourneys and stuff. Also, are the knockoffs okay? Should I get an oakley lense and knockoff oakleys?

If you just want to wear them around, get the knock offs. But if you want to increase visibility go with the real ones.

I wouldn't wear the knockoffs for baseball. The real ones actually do help you see better.

Right now I have oakleys and two seperate lenses, I really do love them.

They don't really help you see better IMO, but they do let you see unobstructed and undistorted, so in a way its better, but its not going to be a huge difference.

I'd say go with the real ones though. Don't get ****** lenses for baseball, because a fraction of an inch could be the difference between grabbing that fly ball or having it tip off your mitt.

I was speaking in terms of clarity, not that you will suddenly improve to 20/20.

for clarity, yes the real lenses are better. They aren't any better than no sunglasses, becaues thats as clear as you can get, but if you buy walmart shades, your vision will be distorted and blurred slightly, which is not good for baseball.

Remember one thing..........only buy the good sunglasses if you are willing to take care of them.....the dugout and the baseball field is a very harsh and unforgiving place on those carbon fiber, high dollar M-frames.....

Even with taking very good care of his m-frames,. my son has to replace the lenses every year from scratches and impacts......

I was really impressed with the quality even though they're fake, they are very "functional" and work as well as the one pair I've worn of real O's except for directly in the sun, there is some glaring. They look great too.

I got them from fake oaklie.com or something like that, i guess google it. They were 20 dollars or around tehre.

Does anyone know what kind of sunglasses Grady Sizemore and Jhonny Peralta wear? They are the older, flip up style with the elastic strap around the back. They may wear other glasses as well, but I'd like to know if anyone knows of these specifically. Thanks

Emanski, from the description they sound like gargoyles.

Regarding Oakly's, I am going to get replacement lens's for my Son's M-Frames. Have any of you tried any of the other colors, particularly the blue? What color lens do you guys think works best?
Thanks!

The glasses Sizemore wears are Rudy Projects athletic glasses.
I know they have a web site.
