What does everyone think of Akadema gloves? I might buy the AKM 33.

Use your money on a rawlings or wilson- the a2000 is a top notch glove. Akademas arent bad, but they just arent the same as one of the better brands.

Yes they are, I've had mine since before my daughter was born, and that was in Jan 2001. They are every bit as good as any Wilson or Rawlings on the market. And you don't have to save up as long.

I have the AJO-9. I feel like its on the same level as high-end rawlings or wilson gloves and for less $$$.

Akadema makes a glove every bit as good if not better than the big boyz like Rawlings who I grew up with but find them to be weak over the long haul of a full season. You will like the AKM 33.

There is another glove that stands up to the test of our players besides the Akadema. It is a little known glove named VALLE. You should check out the Panther Series. It is as good as it gets. Check them out at www.vallebaseballgloves.com

I have heard that Akadema is good. I have always liked Nokona. They are just a little bit more but mine has lasted about 6 years so far and it's still in great shape. Their new Bloodlone series looks really nice.
